We had a great experience with Empire Today. They installed Berber carpet in one room and blinds in the living room and guestroom. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the Berber for the price compared to the carpet we looked at from other places. We had a problem with one of the three panels of blinds on the larger window and with the ones in the living room being slightly crooked and they came out immediately to investigate the problem and ended up reordering the full set of three blinds and just installed them differently to account for our crooked window which fixed the problem and now they look great. This company has been on the ball from day one and they are very prompt and always call when they say they will. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again.
